This Privacy Policy sets out how BlueberrySings.com uses and protects your personal data that you provide, or that is otherwise obtained or generated by me, in connection with your use of this website (the “Services”). For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, ‘I’, ‘me’ and ‘my’ refers to Amy Boyd of BlueberrySings.com, and ‘you’ refers to you, the user of the Services.
2. Privacy Principles
I hate spam, and I don't use your data to show you ads.
I don't collect anything other than what you give me willingly, through either writing song names down on paper, or graciously sending me a tip through my payment links.
If you give me your contact info, I will use it ONLY for the purposes of notifying you of future shows, or confirming that I've learned songs you requested, etc.
3. What Personal Data I Use
Only what you give me. If you write down a song, artist, or genre, I'll use that info to choose what songs I sing during that show.
If you choose to write your name, number, or email address on a song request, I'll add it to a list kept and used only by me, and try to remember to notify you when I'm playing public shows. I might forget to notify you, so no promises you'll receive anything from me at all.
I do not keep track of any User's identifying info, other than trying to remember what you look like so I know what music you like the next time I see you.
4. Phone Numbers
If you give me your phone number, I may use it to text you a notification of future shows. I will never call you on the telephone. I hate telephones, so I would probably never call you on the telephone even if you wanted me to.
5. Cookies
The internet uses cookies pretty much everywhere, likely including this website. I do not personally add my own cookies. I do not track your internet habits beyond what I'm able to see through Google Search Console, and I'm probably not even really checking that.
Also, the best cookies are Snickerdoodles.
6. Keeping Your Personal Data Safe
If anything on my website is asking you for a password, don't give it, because nothing should require it. There are links to Paypal and Venmo from my website, which will require their own logins, but those take place on their websites, not mine. There is a Youtube video on the front page, but that should display publicly and not require a login to view.
7. Third Party Payment Services
I do not process payments from users directly, nor do I handle or store your credit card details. Paypal and Venmo are completely independent from Amy Boyd and BlueberrySings.com. Please study their relevant privacy policies before making your data available to them.
8. Your Rights Regarding the Personal Data You Provide to Us
At any time, you have the right to request a copy of any personal data that I may have stored, or to delete or update it. To do this, you may contact me through the contact information in this website's footer.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will become effective when posted at www.blueberrysings.com/privacy-policy.
